Professionally trained in Indian Classical Dances- Bharatanatyam (Guru Kalamandalam Saraswati), Mohiniattam (Guru Kalamandalam Kshemavathi), Kuchipudi (Guru Kabir Das), Kathakali (Guru Sadanam Balakrishnan) and Carnatic Music (Guru Sangeetha Ratnam Kanakambika)- Jisha has been a regular performer and a Classical dance and Carnatic music teacher for the last 15 years.

Having won a lot of competitions , from a young age, and even awarded ‘Kala Thilakam’ from Kerala State of India, Jisha has sought to teaching others to promote the culture and develop people’s interests for traditional art forms of South India.

Settled in UK since 2005, Jisha has had the opportunity to anchor a popular Malayalam television channel programme, ‘Sneha Poorvam Europilninnu’ and she has also performed different stage programmes all over the UK. Her students has achieved many prizes in inter-city competitions and national talent contests.
